Paaralan sa Konsulado is a joint project of the Association of Fil-Am Teachers of America (AFTA) Inc. and the Philippine Consulate General New York. This is one of AFTA's volunteer projects which started in 1998 wherein Filipino American children are taught Conversational Filipino, Philippine History and Filipino Values, Philippine dances, songs, art, and games. The classes are held for 5 Saturdays at the Philippine Center 556 5th Avenue New York, NY 10036.
