"OMW'S" PHRASES OF 2024: ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION  & CONGESTION PRICING; "OMW'S" DR.  OF 2024: DR. BARBARA O'NEILL: CAMPAIGN TO MAKE THE DUTERTES ACCOUNTABLE AND IRRELEVANT INPH POLITICS?

In our opinion, the obvious purpose in exposing the supposed wrongdoings of Rodrigo and Sara Duterte by members of PH Congress, if not to bring out truth and justice, is to make them irrelevant to the Filipinos and in PH politics. We will see if we are correct after the 2025 and 2028 elections.

In a way, these investigations about the so-called extra judicial killings during the Duterte presidency, unexplained expenditures of confidential funds in the hundreds of millions of pesos by the Office of VP Sara Duterte, criminal activities by certain POGOS, are good accountability checks on power abuses by some politicians. Hopefully, such hearings serve as reminders that power acquisition and wealth acquisition should not go together. And ultimately, that no one is above the law.

Outside of politics, those are the constructive aspects of those congressional investigations that will help in legislative work.
